Framing Service
We offer a first class framing service with a wide range of frame styles from which to choose. We can frame any size picture. We will spend time with you to establish your specific requirements and discuss options. This is an expert service, with guaranteed satisfaction at a reasonable cost. Drawing Workshops Staff member Christine Donaldson will be holding another Drawing workshop on Tuesday 24th January from 10am-12. All abilities are welcome. The session costs £5 and there are only a few spaces left - please contact the shop for availability. More details on our Workshop page. Frames for LP covers We now have in stock a unique display frame specifically for album artwork. The frames have a slot in the top so the artwork can be changed, or the album played in seconds, without taking the frame apart. This is the ideal way to display your classic vinyl album covers. Decopatch Decopatch paper is a simple but effective way to customise all kinds of objects. Use it for mirrors, picture frames, papier-mache, lamps, vases - even furniture! Decopatch papers are colourful, thin, flexible and strong and are easily applied with a special glue/varnish to almost any surface, flat or uneven. We are especially keen to meet the needs of local artists, students, and creative crafters and would welcome suggestions from local art groups, schools and colleges for items we might stock. Eventually, we hope to expand the website into an online store to make it convenient for customers to purchase the same supplies we carry in the store. In the meantime we will be happy to take your order by phone, with payment by credit or debit card, and post small items to you. We can also accept payment via our PayPal account sales@cockermouthartandcraft.co.uk.
